Waitlist Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: March 24, 2026

These Waitlist Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Turf Warz pre-launch waitlist operated by Mike Lamb ("we," "us," or "our"). By joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms.

1. Waitlist Participation

By submitting your email address, you are requesting to be placed on the Turf Warz waitlist for early access to the application. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the application, nor does it create any obligation on our part to grant access at any specific time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to join the waitlist. By submitting your email, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Email Communications

By joining the waitlist, you consent to receive the following email communications from us:

A confirmation email acknowledging your waitlist registration
Updates about Turf Warz launch status and early access availability
Your referral link and referral status updates

We will not send marketing emails unrelated to Turf Warz. You may unsubscribe from communications at any time by contacting us at the email address below.

4. Referral Program

Each waitlist participant receives a unique referral link. When another person joins the waitlist using your referral link, this counts as a referral. Referrals may improve your position on the waitlist. The following rules apply:

Referral position is determined by the number of unique signups attributed to your referral link, with ties broken by original signup date (first come, first served).
Each referral must be a unique, real person with a valid email address.
Attempts to manipulate the referral system — including creating fake accounts, using temporary or disposable email addresses, or using automated tools to generate signups — are prohibited and may result in removal from the waitlist.
We reserve the right to disqualify fraudulent referrals and adjust waitlist positions accordingly.

5. Early Access Rewards

We may offer incentives to early waitlist participants, such as a Founder Badge, exclusive territory skin, or bonus invite codes. These rewards are offered at our discretion and are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify, substitute, or discontinue any reward at any time without prior notice.

6. Donations

Our landing page provides an optional PayPal donation button to help fund Turf Warz development. By making a donation, you acknowledge the following:

Donations are entirely voluntary and do not affect your waitlist position or entitle you to any product, service, or future access to Turf Warz.
Donations are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Donations are processed by PayPal. We do not collect or store your payment information. Your use of PayPal is governed by PayPal's own terms and privacy policy.
Donation amounts are at your sole discretion. We do not set minimum or suggested amounts.

7. No Guarantees

The waitlist does not constitute a purchase, pre-order, or binding commitment. We make no guarantees regarding:

When or whether you will receive access to Turf Warz
The features, functionality, or availability of the final application
The specific rewards or benefits associated with waitlist participation

8. Waitlist Removal

You may request to be removed from the waitlist at any time by contacting us. We may also remove participants who violate these Terms, particularly those who engage in fraudulent referral activity.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective Date" above. Continued participation in the waitlist after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the waitlist, any donations made, or reliance on any waitlist position or reward promises.
